Inbound calls
Garage, bakery, shop: someone answers when your hands are full
Hours, prices, orders to collect, bookings and workshop appointments: the agent handles them while you serve your customers.
The sample call is shown on the French page: the agent takes calls in French today.
The problem, plainly
Under a bonnet, at the oven or in the middle of service, picking up is not possible. Yet the calls are about simple things: are you open, do you have room, can you put this aside for me.
Whether you run a garage in Moselle or a bakery in Essonne, the agent answers these questions with your information, takes the order or the appointment, and transfers the call when someone really needs to speak to you.
What the agent uses during the call
- Answers from your information
- Hours, address, products, the prices you have given, closing days.
- Message and order taking
- The order or the request is noted with the caller's name and number.
- Appointments
- For the workshop, a table booking or a fitting, in your calendar.
- Call transfer
- The call goes through to your mobile when someone really needs to speak to you.
- Polite end of call
- The agent wraps up, says goodbye and hangs up. If someone asks not to be called again, it confirms and the number joins your opt-out list.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent give my prices?
Yes, if they are in the information you have given it. Otherwise it says it does not know the price and offers to take a message.
A customer wants to speak to me directly: what happens?
If transfer is switched on, the agent transfers the call to the number of your choice, your mobile for example.
How much does the agent cost for a small shop?
The Starter plan costs €49 excl. VAT per month, with 200 credits per month, that is 200 minutes of inbound calls with the standard model, one number and two agents. The free trial gives 30 credits to test.
Do I have to change my number?
No. You can forward the calls of your current line to the agent, from your carrier's customer area.
Other uses with inbound calls
